Josephine “Jo” Ho is a Calgary-based architect with 14 years of experience in both design and construction. Drawing on her Cantonese heritage and a relentless dedication to her craft, Josephine has cultivated an extensive and diverse portfolio of projects. She has contributed to projects of all scales—from boutique restaurants to expansive post-secondary campuses—while working at firms in Calgary and Vancouver. Jo combines a sharp eye for graphics and aesthetics with proven strengths in team leadership and project management.

A dedicated advocate for equality and respectful workplaces, Jo champions collaborative leadership and proactively challenges traditional hierarchies to foster an equitable and inclusive industry and workplace culture. She volunteers as co-Vice Chair with Building Equality in Architecture Calgary (BEAC). She empowers colleagues to recognize their worth and collaborate toward a more inclusive, innovative industry.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Jo enjoys doing art, hiking and being a mom.
